Daily Movement & Mindful Practices

Morning movement such as flow or pilates to awaken the body. Evening yin or restorative practice to release what no longer serves you. Breath work class,& Sound Bath Experience Included. All classes held in an open-air shala with ocean breezes and jungle views.

Guided Excursions & Free Time

We will Explore The Pacific on a group Catamaran Tour that is also included, as well as a Latin Dance class! We will also have plenty of free time to take surf lessons, hike through the Nosara Biological Reserve, or Add on Spa treatments or simply rest in a hammock! Your adventure is yours to design.

Not at all. This retreat welcomes all levels — from curious beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our teachers are skilled at offering modifications and meeting each student exactly where they are. If you can breathe, you can practice.

Consider that your retreat price covers accommodation, all meals, twice-daily yoga, guided excursions, and the support of an experienced teaching team in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Most guests tell us it's the best investment they've ever made in themselves.

Fly into Liberia (LIR) in Costa Rica. From there, we will have a group 2.5 hr transport to our all inclusive retreat center “Casas Kismet” .

We'll send detailed travel instructions and can connect you with fellow travelers for shared transfers once you're registered/ send us your flight info as soon as you book it.
