All Levels Flow On The Community Square Dock (Behind Working Watermens Exhibit)

All Levels Flow is for every body & all skill levels! Come enjoy the harbor side & lighthouse views on Community Square Dock While you practice!

-Yoga Mats are provided.
-We suggest wearing sunscreen, sunglasses and/or a hat. Wear layers especially in the spring!

-Bring water to class to stay hydrated!

*Ages 15 and under need preauthorization to sign up for class and must be accompanied by an adult taking the class. Please email us directly from our website if you would like to sign up someone under the age of 15.

**THE OCRACOKE COMMUNITY SQUARE DOCK IS LOCATED BEHIND THE WORKING WATERMEN’S EXHIBIT, Next to the Windfall Sail Boat.

** You can put “kitty hawk kites” in your gps to find correct parking lot. Please ride your bike and bring yoga mat when possible.

*IF WEATHER IS UNFAVORABLE CLASS MAY MOVE INSIDE TO THE STUDIO AT 37 BACK RD WHEN NEEDED. WE WILL SEND EMAIL UPDATES AND UPDATE OR WEBSITE WITH ANY CHANGES !
