Gentle yoga is essentially what it sounds like, It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breathing, and relaxation. Great for Beginners and Practitioners that would like to take things a little Slower. This class mostly Floor based postures and modifications offered. Available to all levels of Yogis and beginners are welcome!
