This practice is a great balance of Restorative Yoga and Slow Flow. Slow down and take time in each position to reference feeling and alignment. Flows are incorporated to keep the mind and body connected. This is a great class for yogis that like the positions of vinyasa flow but enjoy taking their time on the mat. We often add slow mobility exercises and foam rolling to the mix! Restorative Yoga takes a “surrendering” approach by having the body relax to restore the nervous system and ease tension and mind chatter.
We take our time in this practice being mindful, taking care of what our body needs in each moment and adapt along the way!
Accessible to all levels. Beginners welcome.
