Slow Flow With Kate McNally

Slow Flow is for those that enjoy a vinyasa practice but like to take it at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. Available to all levels of Yogis and beginners are welcome modifications offered so that each person can find what feels good!
