Sunset Beach Sound Bath and Reiki Healing

Since ancient times, humans have naturally gravitated to the water for its healing and transformational properties. Many ancient cultures believed that the water element was crucial to balancing the body and finding physical harmony. Join us on the beach for soaking up the beaches natural healing while also indulging in the very special energy balancing, and healing modalities of Sound and Reiki. This Sound Bath consists of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan Bowls, chimes and Gong. The offering of Reiki is an ancient energetic balancing of the bodies energy centers also known as the chakras. Our Reiki Master Desiree will give hands on healing using earths life force energy to revitalize the body and its systems.

The many benefits of sound and reiki : reduce stress, emotional balance, lowered blood pressure, soothing nervous system, improved sleep, muscle relaxation, deepening meditative states, calming the mind, pain relief, inducing higher states of consciousness.

** The option to opt out of reiki healing will be given at the beginning of the session.

Yoga mats are provided and tapestries are first come first serve.

Feel free to bring blankets and/or towels/ tapestries for under mats, covering up , or building a pillow for ample comfort !
