This Class is designed for Beginners that would like to start a yoga practice and learn the basics, or people that like to take their practice slowly and mindfully.
Learn the correct alignment and engagement in poses to create a sustainable and healthy practice.
This class may take a workshop format so that questions may be asked and answered so that it is a learning experience for all! Mindful Practices like meditation are also taught to leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed On the mat, and off the mat as well.
