If you can remember a few short years ago this space was empty, and now it’s THRIVING with plants, butterflies and humans flocking to soak up the peaceful space ! We are excited to practice amongst the beautiful flowers and take in mother natures healing energy while also supporting its growth and continuous development!

This practice will be a Gentle Flow With Savana (All Levels Welcome ) ! 75% of the profits will go directly to the Island Inn Commons. Yoga mats provided !
