
Sculpt is a fusion class incorporating strength training, Pilates moves, and Yoga ! This offering emphasizes both muscle toning and fluid movements with great detail to alignment and slowing things down for an intentional pace that is both safe and effective. It consists of warm-up, strength training /conditioning and cool down using yoga stretches and a little nervous system reset before heading out the door.
This class is available to anyone looking for a challenging workout even beginners! Each set will have variations including light weight or no weights, so you can adapt, doing what feels good along the way with no judgment !
Expect to sweat and have some fun! Don’t forget to stay hydrated & bring water to class.
