
This is a beginners 3 week series focused on Vinyasa Flow poses. A Vinyasa Flow is a series of poses that are linked together with breath to build heat and focus. This class will highlight safety in alignment, give variations so that each person may find a flow that feels good in their own body!
Yoga mats and props provided. Bring water to class and wear something comfortable.
