Please arrive 10 mins before your scheduled class to sign in and get set up.

Each additional person must individually sign liability waivers before class.

-Wear comfortable clothing & bring water to class.

* For outdoor classes consider wearing sunscreen, sunglasses or a hat.

-Yoga mats provided but feel free to bring your own.
