• Morning Flow & Sunset Restorative: Daily movement, a balance of vinyasa flow, Pilates, restorative yoga, sunrise and sunset meditations sessions in an open-air shala, tailored to awaken your spirit and restore your body.

• Gourmet Nourishment: Delight in delicious, fresh, and vibrant meals curated by our very own in-house chef, designed to nourish you from the inside out. Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner All included. We will have one off sight dinner Thursday evening at a local restaurant that is also included.

• Adventure & Serenity: Group activities that are included : A day trip catamaran tour, Latin Dance Class, There will be free time to walk to the beach for surfing, explore local nature, or relax by the pool. Spa add-ons also available and highly recommended.
